What is Riya?
A warm, private companion for women in the first weeks of recovery after endometriosis or fibroid surgery — to help answer "is this normal?" and "how long?" with the experience of women who went before you. Riya is a companion, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice.
Is my data private?
Yes. Riya works on your device by default — no account, no name, no email. The only data that ever leaves your phone is check-ins you choose to share (sent anonymously) and questions you type into "Ask Your Stage." We don't show ads, track you, or sell your data. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Profile → Delete all my data. To remove anonymous check-ins you chose to share, email us and we'll delete the data associated with your device.
Is Riya medical advice?
No. Riya is a companion, not a clinician, and nothing in it is medical advice. If something worries you, contact your care team — Riya will often point you there itself.
